PLEASE NOTE
CoffeeBooks.com is managed by Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd (ACN 112 857 664). All payments made through the CoffeeBooks.com shopping cart will be processed by Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd.
The following Returns Policy is applicable to any purchases made through CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd.
- All returns of goods purchased directly from CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre must be received by Coffee Training Centre within 30 days of delivery to you.
- All items must be returned in their original condition: that is, unused.
- If the item is shrink wrapped it must be returned with the shrink wrapping intact. (Items may be shrink wrapped for protection and ease of handling.)
- Any DVD or CD must be returned with the security seal intact or shrink wrapping. If the seal has been broken or tampered with, it will be assumed to have been used and will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
- A copy of your proof of purchase from CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre must be included with the returned goods.
- A CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre 'return authorisation number' must be quoted on all returns; this number will be given to you when you notify coffeebooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre of your intention to return a product.
- You are responsible for all postage and handling costs.
- The item price will be refunded to your credit card account or a company cheque will be posted to you within 14 days from receipt of returned goods.
In the event of an error by CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre
- You can return the item purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We will pay the return shipping cost if the reason for the return has been deemed to be our error.
- A copy of your proof of purchase from CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre must be included with the returned goods.
- A CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre 'return authorisation number' must be quoted on all returns; this number will be given to you when you notify us of your intention to return a product.
Damaged goods
- We will replace any item that has been damaged in transit.
- You must return the item and all the packaging to us.
- We will reimburse you for any return postage costs for books damaged in transit.
- If the original packing is not returned along with the item, then at our discretion we may offer a partial refund.
- A copy of your proof of purchase from Coffee Training Centre must be included with the returned goods.
- A CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre 'return authorisation number' must be quoted on all returns; this number will be given to you when you notify us of your intention to return a product.
Partial refund
At our discretion we may offer a partial refund on an item if:
- it is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- the shrink wrapping has been opened or removed
- the item has shown signs of use
- it is not returned with all its original packaging including the post bag
- there is no proof of purchase from CoffeeBooks.com or Coffee Training Centre.
Other
- It is your responsibility to notify us by email, phone or mail of your intention to return an item, clearly stating reason/s for return.
- It is your responsibility to obtain a 'return authorisation number' from us prior to returning any product. This number must be clearly stated on the parcel and accompanying paperwork.
- All returns will be processed within 14 days after receipt.
- Any CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre product purchased through a third party, must be returned to that party. Coffee Training Centre is not responsible for any credit or refund associated with any products purchased through any third party.
