What is SSL?

PAYMENT

Credit card payments are charged to your account when you place your order. If payment is by cheque (Australia Only) there will be a bank clearance period of 3 working days before the order is dispatched. If you wish to pay by cheque (Australia Only), you will need to contact us by email so that we can process your order EMAIL US

If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, you will be advised. You will not be charged for these products and you will be reimbursed for any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a refund to your credit card account or a company cheque.

PAYMENTS can only be accepted using MASTERCARD or VISA . Prices quoted, are in Australian Dollars (Currency converter). PLEASE NOTE: The CoffeeBooks.com website is administered by Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd. Payments for some publications are administered by Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd, others are administered by third party websites. You will be notified if you are directed to a third party website. CoffeeBooks.com and/or Coffee Training Centre are not responsible for the content or security of these other websites. For publications purchased directly through CoffeeBooks.com, the Transaction Details on your Credit Card Statement will reference Coffee Training Centre.

DELIVERY

We will make every effort to dispatch all products within 1 to 3 working days from receipt of payment. Where this is not possible, we will notify you and, unless stated otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from receipt of payment.

All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately; you will be notified if this occurs.

If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to re-deliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/debit card for any extra delivery charges. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, your order will be cancelled and any payments received will be refunded to you, less any reasonable delivery charges incurred.
